When my husband and I arrived to check in, the person came out from behind and said that their AC was not working. He said it's basically running as a fan. Then another lady also came out and said the same. Neither provided a solution for us. They basically just said find a different hotel, and didn't even offer to check for other availability anywhere else. Very disappointed with the customer service because we arrived around 9 pm to check in, when they could have called us to let us know the situation.

It needs to be updated. The elevators weren't working. The Ac seemed like it didn't cool at all. And the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable

Very pretty , quiet area. The gentlemen at the front was more than accommodating in my situation , very patient & kind. I was a little distraught , & he comforted me & got me coffee. He was a light for me in such a dark situation.

Location is very safe! I accidentally forgot to roll one of my car windows back up, I only saw it after checkout, but the car is still intact and all my things are still in the back seat! Nobody tried breaking into my car
